We started with a full exterior inspection to identify areas needing surface repair and paint correction. The entire truck, including the hood and side panels, was carefully cleaned, degreased, and sanded to remove old paint, oxidation, and minor imperfections.

Next, we masked off all non-paintable surfaces such as windows, mirrors, lights, and trim to protect them during spraying. Panel edges and transitions were aligned and smoothed to ensure a uniform paint flow.

The vehicle was moved into a controlled spray booth where we applied automotive-grade primer followed by multiple coats of premium white paint. A final clear coat was added for enhanced gloss and long-term protection. The truck was then cured, unmasked, and polished, resulting in a flawless, factory-quality finish that met all client expectations.
