This project involved the complete refinishing of a Mack truck hood, including both the interior and exterior surfaces. The hood arrived with surface imperfections, faded finish, and prep needed for a full repaint. Our task was to restore it to a clean, professional-grade condition, ready for installation or delivery. The client requested a durable, OEM-quality finish with attention to masking and detail throughout the process.

Our Solution / Process
We began by sanding all surfaces and masking off critical areas. The hood was then cleaned and prepped in a controlled paint booth. Using professional-grade primers and coatings, we applied an even finish to both sides, meeting the customer’s request for a clean, durable, and OEM-quality result.
