Audi TT 2004

This iconic 2004 Audi TT came into our shop with significant front-end damage and signs of wear. The customer wanted to restore the car to its original aggressive, sporty look while ensuring all structural and mechanical issues were properly addressed. The vehicle showed visible damage on the front end — the headlight assembly was shattered, the bumper and hood were misaligned, and there were signs of rust and cracks on the body panel joints. The front quarter panel had also separated, causing gaps that compromised the appearance and safety of the car.

Our Solution / Process

Our restoration process for the 2004 Audi TT focused on precision and authenticity. After safely lifting and disassembling the front end, our technicians evaluated the structural integrity of the vehicle. Damaged panels were removed and replaced, and surface rust was treated to prevent future issues. We used OEM-compatible parts to maintain the factory specifications and ensure long-term reliability.

The preparation phase included sanding, masking, and priming to achieve a seamless paint finish. Every step—from panel alignment to component replacement—was done with attention to detail to preserve the performance and iconic look of this Audi TT.
